Refund Policy
Last updated
The short version
New subscribers get a full refund on their first paid period within 14 days. After that, the current period is not refunded, but you can cancel any time and keep access until it ends.
Your statutory rights come first
This is a distance transaction under Israeli consumer-protection law, and the cancellation rules made under it apply to you regardless of what this page says. Where those rules give you more than the policy below, the law wins. Nothing here waives a right the law gives you.
14-day first-period guarantee
If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, email [email protected] from your account address and we will refund it in full within 5 business days of approving the request. No reason needed.
After the first 14 days
Subscriptions are billed in advance and the current period is not refunded. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Annual prepayments
If an annual plan is offered, the same 14-day guarantee applies to it. After day 14, a pro-rated refund of the unused months is available on request, less any deduction the law permits.
Service outages
If the service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will credit the next period or refund the affected part of the current one.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, say which charge you mean, and, if it is an outage or a fault, what went wrong. We answer refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, through PayPal.
Disputes
Please write to us before opening a chargeback. Almost everything is settled in one exchange of email, and a chargeback opened without contacting us first can result in the account being suspended while the payment provider investigates.
