Terms of Service
Last updated
1. Acceptance
By creating a StockMail account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Who we are
The service is operated by y-apps, operator of StockMail (https://stockmail.digital). Contact: [email protected].
3. What StockMail is
StockMail delivers an email summarising publicly available information about the tickers you select, on the days and at the time you choose. It is not a brokerage, an investment adviser, a portfolio manager or a financial-services provider, and it does not execute or recommend transactions.
4. Not financial advice
Nothing in StockMail's emails, dashboard or marketing is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Notes are generated automatically from public data, including by an AI model, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Content is informational only; you are solely responsible for any decision you make. Past performance does not predict future results.
5. Your account
You must give a valid email address, confirm it, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- resell, redistribute or systematically scrape StockMail content;
- attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or circumvent its rate limits;
- use the service to break any law or infringe anyone's rights.
7. Subscriptions, prices and billing
Paid plans are billed through PayPal. Prices are shown before you confirm, in the currency displayed at checkout, and VAT is added where it applies. Plans renew automatically for the same period at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
We may change prices, plans, features and usage limits. A price change affecting an existing subscription takes effect from the next renewal, and we will tell you before it does. Continued use after a change takes effect is acceptance of it.
8. Cancellation and withdrawal
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for. Your statutory cancellation rights under Israeli consumer-protection law are unaffected by anything in these Terms; the Refund Policy explains how they apply here.
9. Third-party data
Quotes, fundamentals, ratings and other market data come from third-party sources. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness or timeliness, and we are not responsible for their errors or interruptions.
10. Intellectual property
The site, its design, code and generated text are ours or our licensors'. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service and to read the briefings you receive. Your own content (your watchlist and settings) stays yours; you grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you.
11. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or that puts the service at risk, and we will say why where we lawfully can. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.
12. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, save for any mandatory consumer right to sue elsewhere.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Meaningful changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will change.
